Kondal has broad and diverse cross-functional expertise including business solutions architecture, product management, software requirements engineering, systems analysis & design, software development, business process management, business analysis, functional specifications, solution design, ITIL/ITSM, L2 & L3 production support management, waterfall and agile SDLC practices, IT governance, Vendor Management, Change & Release Management, PMO, IT management and business & systems integrations. 

Kondal built and managed large (40+) onsite/offshore global support delivery teams for 24X7 operations, hired and developed technical staff, and managed budgets & employees/contractors performance. Kondal led medium to large scale strategic & operational projects/programs for revenue growth and efficiency improvements, with durations of up to 18 months, budget sizes up to $20MM and team sizes up to 80 people.

Kondal holds a Master of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India and Bachelor of Engineering degree from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, India. Kondal holds Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ITIL and Six Sigma Lean/DFSS Green Belt certifications.
